I made these weeks ago, so no recipe sorry. It was a almond meal cake recipe and then basic buttercream with raspberry compote mixed through - the most delicious pink colour! So this is just photos really.
But these were very very delicious...the almond cake was a lovely contrast to the sharp sweetness of the raspberries.
Why does icing have to go on the top anyway? It SO good on the inside!!
