I believe in the Green Smoothie! This is something I discovered through the online food community, particularly through the Raw food blogs. I ALWAYS feel better if I have a green smoothie once a day...I often add my protein powder to one which I know is not raw but my nutrition is focused on being %70 raw currently so this works for me.
