You would just have to try!<br />Otherwise, just make a smaller batch or I think it would be fine to freeze some it. It is really just trial and error with r...Hi Meemz,<br />It is really just trial and error with replacing sugar in baked goods - I generally would say it won't work if you are required to say beat the sugar with butter as you are obviously not going to get the same texture.
